Daniel Ortiz Becomes Financial Advisor

We are pleased to announce that one of our team members, Daniel Ortiz has officially become a financial advisor at Weller Group!

Daniel began his career as a financial advisor in January 2019 before joining Weller Group as a full-time paraplanner in August 2021, assisting our advisors with financial research, client requests and appointments. Most recently in May 2022, Daniel moved into the role of financial advisor. Daniel maintains FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and licenses for life, health and variable insurance.

Dan grew up in the city of Rochester before moving to Ontario, and graduated High School at Wayne Central. Dan attended Monroe Community College, where he earned an Associate’s degree in Sport Management. Dan then attended the University of Mary Washington, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Dan now resides in Penfield with his wife Allison, who he met at Wayne Central. Dan enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and family.

The staff at Weller Group work very closely together with our clients and some of you have already had the opportunity to communicate with and meet Dan this past year. We look forward to expanding these relationships and being able to offer more expertise to our clients.
